Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
During peak periods, promotions, public holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted Australian shipping carriers, including Australia Post and other courier partners where appropriate.

Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
BASELINE Pickleball is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@baselinepickleball.com.au.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos of the packaging and products so we can investigate and assist with a resolution.
International Shipping
At this time, BASELINE Pickleball primarily ships within Australia. If international shipping becomes available, shipping rates and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout.
